3.消音器表面溫度要求苛刻條件下，可選裝外置（可內(nèi)置）隔熱棉，采用厚度15mm，密度135kg/m³，隔熱棉時(shí)，平均溫度低于70℃（消音器表面溫度過(guò)高可造成液壓系統(tǒng)油溫高及橡膠管路老化），也可采用防燙 傷隔熱板網(wǎng)。

The main technical indexes
1、消音器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)屬阻抗復(fù)合式，功率可配套20kw-90kw。以發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率不同外形直徑可選Φ90-Φ650mm。
2、消音器表面可選靜電噴涂有機(jī)硅高溫黑漆，在小于600度條件下不起泡、不脫落、不變白粉化（也可選耐高溫、耐鹽霧的熱鍍鋁合金涂層)。
3、消音器插入損失>15dB、功率損失<2。
4、消音器背壓不超過(guò)10Kpa。
5、為減少功率損失、增強(qiáng)降噪效果，可選裝降噪系數(shù)(NRC）0.65消音棉。

4.Censored QiBei pressure is no more than 10Kpa.
5.The (NRC)0.65 censored cotton can be choosen to lower the power loss and strengthen the noise reduction effects.
